Kanchnar bark carries a specific classical property called Lekhana — a "scraping" action believed to reduce abnormal tissue growth and excess Kapha accumulation. Paired with Shuddha Guggulu, which penetrates deeply into the body's channels (Srotas) and helps clear blockages, the combination is designed to directly address Kapha-driven build-up: cysts, lipomas, swollen glands, and similar Granthi (abnormal tissue growths).

The reasoning behind its use in thyroid and glandular concerns follows the same logic — when Kapha accumulates in the neck/glandular region, it's understood to manifest as sluggish glandular function or visible swelling. By working on the tissue accumulation itself rather than only the downstream hormonal symptom, Kanchnar Guggulu is positioned as a supportive, root-level formula — though it's not a substitute for thyroid medication, and benefits typically take 6–12 weeks of consistent use to become apparent.

Dosage 

Take 2 tablets, 2–3 times daily, after meals, preferably with lukewarm water, or as directed by a physician.
